This spacious, bright building oozes character and offers two sets of staircases which gives the house an interesting aspect.
Externally, there is a covered patio area – plants, flowers, stone walls and trees all create an atmosphere of intimacy and relaxation.
The fast WIFI compliments the office space, complete with computer desk and chair.
There is a kitchenette located upstairs, beside the relaxing living space where the television is – great for night cups of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or a glass of wine, this again creates a sense of relaxation.
The Annexe is very family oriented, with a play room/ teen zone with toys and games as well as an outdoor game of chess and droughts.

The Annexe is located in the centre of Enniskillen town where it is only a two minute walk to many of the local pubs and restaurants, not to mention a fantastic shopping destination. For those who enjoy the outdoors, it is a 20 minute drive to Culcaigh Boardwalk & The Marble Arch Caves. The Annexe is also very close to the water where you can enjoy fishing, canoeing and the hydro bikes.
